  Forensic Files is an American documentary-style series
that reveals how forensic science is used to solve violent crimes, mysterious accidents, and even outbreaks of illness.
The show was originally broadcast on TLC, narrated by Peter Thomas, and produced by Medstar Television, in association
with truTV Original Productions. It broadcast 400 episodes since its debut on TLC in 1996 as Medical Detectives. Reruns
shown on HLN were initially retitled Mystery Detectives before settling with the main title of the show in 2014.
 

  This collection is the result of over three years of work scouring the internet, downloading files, ripping
DVD’s, and filling in gaps. Because these files come from various sources, there are variations in picture
quality, standard or hi-def, AVI or MP4, and default picture size. Audio is MP3 or AC3 depending on which file it is.
All files play fine on VLC Media Player.
  
  This is a team effort. For those that remember when this
collection was incomplete and I put out a call for help, I want to thank a kind forensic files collector who provided
with two very rare episodes (Foreign Body and The Sniper’s Trail), and another collector who had her own complete
series, in which I used to fill in the gaps. Congratulations to everyone whom helped to make this collection a
reality!
